Under market value and unfairly compensated for work compared to peers with low performance and less time.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The bureaucracy added by increased layers of management makes no sense, nor are the managers knowledgeable on any subject except alcohol.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The highest level is fine, but from the Chief Officers in Customer Care down there are issues. When the Chief Customer Officer travels to other locations, he does not meet with the staff. Meets with his same team that he brings with him. Chief Careless!
