What needs to change to make the company culture better?Their attitudes. Most of them seem to starve to be promoted and that's all they think about. They look at everyone as a competition.No time to be friendly to one another..just diplomatic and fake. Uncomfortable place to work for those who are really interested in giving good customer service.
