- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership dictates what goes on, obviously, but the union is complicit in that and offers zero support for the employee.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Being in a call center is tough business, but there could be better compensation for the sheer volume of calls, and having to stick to HIPPA and OSHA standards.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?It's oppressive. That's the easiest way I know how to describe it.
