Mr. H. W. Seay, also known as Guy has been the Chief Financial Officer for HealthCare Partners Medical Group in March 2014. Mr. Seay serves as Division Chief Financial Officer of DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Dialysis at DaVita Inc., a subsidiary of DaVita Care (India) Pvt. Ltd., and its Vice President of Finance since November 2007. Mr. Seay began his healthcare career in 1997 as Finance Director at Total Renal Care, which was re-named DaVita in 1999. He was responsible for corporate planning, bank relations, cash management, purchasing and new center development. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Davita Healthcare Partners Inc USA at DaVita Care (India) Pvt. Ltd. He served as Vice President of Finance at DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. since November 2007. He joined HealthCare Partners in April 2014 from DaVita's Kidney Care Division, where he served as Operations Chief Financial Officer since 2010, overseeing finance for its U.S. and international dialysis operations. Previously, he spent nine years in the Peace Corps in Botswana, Washington DC, Mongolia and China. He has a bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Duke University and a Master's in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
