Oraida Roman — Market President of Colorado Springs Health Partners at DaVita

Ms. Oraida Roman has been President of Market at Colorado Springs Health Partners, P.C. since July 4, 2016. Ms. Roman serves as Chief Operating Officer for DaVita's medical group in Florida, JSA Healthcare, where she oversees operations, contracting, clinician recruitment, credentialing and marketing. Prior to joining JSA, she was with Humana where she served as president of the Intermountain Region overseeing Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington. Ms. Roman served as the President of Medicare operations of Humana Inc. since June 2008. Ms. Roman has more than 11 years experience and served as the Director of Medical Service Organization Support and Provider Contracting for Humana's Central Florida market based in Tampa. She also served as a Regional Director of Network Services for the Central Florida market, as well as Senior Director of Provider Operations for Humana in Tampa and as Director of Provider Contracts in Tampa. Ms. Roman holds a Masters in Health Administration from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
