It was a rigorous and thorough process, which took some time. Having been through the process, and making the final cut made me feel accomplished.

To oversee a big project, with many moving parts, come to completion, leaving the client satisfied. Further to that, seeing clients return who have had a great experience with us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work in a virtual environment, so there is not all of the office politics and "water cooler" gossip. Everyone is there to work, and and all the general drama of outside life is not present in the workplace.
