We are very united, we help each other achieve the goals and we love working together. We joke around but in a healthy environment with respect and positivity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation package is on point for the position, we all work from home and to be honest I haven't had a company to pay me as much as Day Translations does in a WFH position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is very united and its led by example... this is something that our CEO has engraved in all of us as he is constantly talking to us about the ideas and what we can implement to make each department successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most important culture that we have is respect. We treat everything and everyone with the respect that we like to get. This culture is geared towards employees, freelancers, and customers. We are inclusive in what we do and love to help each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team... They are absolutely amazing. We work together and we love to help each other out in everything as we understand that in order to succeed we need to be a well-oiled engine and if all the parts are working fine, the engine will work in the way intended.
