What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's no sense of competition amongst employees. We're all there to bring our best and help the Company, and thus ourselves, grow.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had the opportunity to interact with many people and they where very clear about what the Company and the position needed from me. Everything's transparent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're all amazing people with an incredible set of assets whiling to bring their knowledge in different fields to the table. Everyone is very respectful and collaborative.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love learning new things and at Day Translation this is something that happens everyday. It also makes me happy to be able to work from home, and not having to travel long hours to get to an office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's rare to find an international company who is fair with their freelance employees. At Day Transaltions we get paid vacations, we can opt for holidays and sick days. It's great to know they look after their employees health and wealth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The whole Team at Day Translations is always giving its best. They're ready to help and jump in whenever its needed and the sense of teamwork is palpable. Instructions are clear are you're encouraged to solve problemas and but at the same time you know there's a whole team that has your back.
