What did you like most about the interview process?
I was approached directly by the CEO, the HR department gave me clear instructions about the process in general and kept me updated on how the process was going.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get fair vacation/holidays time each year, plus additional days if we're sick. The Company has gave us bonus at the end of the year anr raises according to the time you've been working there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The whole team feels like a family, we're all ready to help each other and jump in when anyone needs help. Each person that is part of the Company enjoys the job they perform and this can be noticed in the attitude towards every day tasks and towards each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Instructions are clear, we all know what needs to be done and have been given the tools to do it succesfully. There's respect for one another and the CEO trust us to perform our jobs accurately and succesfully, but he's also ready to jump in whenever you need help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Day Translations is a great place to work, it's a Company that keeps growing and also takes care of their workers. The CEO, the HR department and the Supervisors and Project Managers are always willing to back you up and ready to help in anything you need. There's always room for growth.
