I don't feel undervalued, I just feel the salary could be better. A raise would be good.

I enjoy the work, the challenges, training, and also working with my team. The people here are amazing!

They support me and help me grow and learn. They never make you feel uncomfortable or bad about myself even when I made mistakes.

I loved that it is a complex interview process and that I managed to pass the tests and interviews. I felt good about myself!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always help and support each other, we are very united as a team. We also enjoy a few laughs and are always there when one of us needs help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we are always encouraged to grow and learn and become better professionals and better people. I love how the company keeps developing its services and departments and improving customer relationships. The world moves and we need to move with it! Standing still is never good!
