401K package is great but insurance is a bit high

How can you work at a company for 40 years and make $23 as a supervisor when they just raised all new hires with no experience is a 19 an hour?

We do work together to help each other and further the team's goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Show up more often, no one wants to work here
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork and sharing each other success
Every now and then they give you a pizza as a slap on the face

Better pay for the production line and supervisors, also adequate tooling and replacement parts.
