Mr. Brian S. Frederick has been President of Asset Operations of DCP Midstream GP LLC at DCP Midstream, LP since February 2017. Mr. Frederick has been the President of Asset Operations at DCP Midstream, LLC since February 2014. Mr. Frederick has full responsibility for all of DCP Midstream's asset operations including gathering and processing, natural gas liquids (NGL) logistics and asset engineering. Mr. Frederick has more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry leading operations, commercial, trading and business development teams. He served as President of Southern and Midcontinent Business Units at DCP Midstream, LLC since March 2013. He was responsible for leading the overall strategy and performance of the business units, which includes the earnings, operations, commercial, construction and business development activities. Mr. Frederick served as President of North and South business units at DCP Midstream, LLC since February 28, 2013. Mr. Frederick served as Senior Vice President of South Region at DCP Midstream, LLC until February 28, 2013. Mr. Frederick served as Vice President of Planning and Corporate Development at DCP Midstream, LLC. In his role, Mr. Frederick was responsible for leading planning and development activities including strategy, portfolio management, asset dropdowns to the MLP, capital review and risk analysis. He began his career with DCP Midstream in April 1999. He held the positions of vice president of gas marketing/marketing at DCP Midstream from 1999 to 2006. From 1998 to 1999, he served as general manager of eastern trading at Union Pacific Resources and was responsible for all short and long-term natural gas trading as well as setting strategy, directing activity and setting performance goals. Prior to that, he served as Director of Risk Management and Financial Analyst at Union Pacific Resources. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration/bachelor of science degree in business administration from the Trinity University, majoring in finance. He also earned a master of business administration from Texas Christian University.
