Donald A. Baldridge — President of Commercial - DCP Midstream GP LLC at DCP Midstream

Mr. Donald A. Baldridge, also known as Don, has been President of Commercial at DCP Midstream GP LLC since February 2017. Mr. Baldridge is responsible for all commercial activity for gathering and processing and natural gas liquids (NGL) logistics, as well as origination, business development, optimization, contract administration, gas control and marketing and trading. Mr. Baldridge has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, including commercial, trading and business development activities. He served as the President of Marketing and Logistics Business Unit at DCP Midstream, LLC since February 28, 2013 and served as its Senior Vice President of Marketing & Logistics until February 28, 2013, responsible for NGLs and natural gas pipeline and storage assets, as well as marketing and trading activities. Prior to that, he served as vice president of business development of DCP Midstream, responsible for business development and corporate development activities coordinated with DCP Midstream Partners. Mr. Baldridge served as Vice President of Natural Gas and NGL Marketing at DCP Midstream, LLC since February 2011. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development at DCP Midstream, LLC since January 2009. He served as Vice President of Business Development at DCP Midstream Partners LP. He served as Vice President of Business Development at DCP Midstream GP, LLC since January 2009. He served as Senior Director of Corporate Development and other management positions at DCP Midstream since April 2005, managing acquisition evaluation and negotiations for multiple midstream acquisition opportunities. He is a Board Member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver.
