Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?As a copywriter, aside from being paid under market value, the workload per month, usually 170 to 180 written assignments, often goes hand and hand with a reminder to push for work to be finished faster so that we can continue to take on more clients to make the company more money.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Many of the managers were former lower level employees, so they understand the struggle, but as you go up the ladder of leadership, it becomes obvious there is a shift away from employees and instead to lining pockets. There needs to be a serious shift toward the well being of the majority.
