Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Contractors doing similar roles earn nearly 33 percent more then i make at the job. I've been with the company for over two years and there has been no performance review or raise. I would feel better about the job if i didn't feel like all the work was put on FSTs.

The pay cut we took in 2020 has been longer than 14 months with nothing compensated throughout the entirety of the pandemic. We lost a lot of vacation and PTO time as well

I haven't had a raise in 5 years. Giving everyone across the board a raise. I know lots of people who haven't gotten raises longer then I have.
