How employees describe working at DecisionOne
Had not received a raise or even a cost of living increase since 2013. After 35 years of service was laid off with no severance package. Would like to know what Pat Croce received after running the company into the ground.
Review from IT Dept
Verifying previous employments, certifications, etc. Also, will need to offer more starting pay to attract the more qualified/quality techs this company needs. So many good techs we get, move on after just a couple/few years, primarily due to no raises.
stop taking contracts that can't be reasonably fulfilled, and then blaming techs for not being able to drive 400 miles in 3 hours.
My interview was quick, and to the point, my manager layed out most of what i needed to know, and I did the same for him.
Sales signs contracts before techs are found that may have training. If one tech on the west coast has experience then the tech on the east coast is told to call the experienced tech for support on something they have never seen before. Known for signing to contract outdated equipment
