Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There isn't much clarity on comp plans/commission statements. The team is always wildly disorganized when it comes to assigning accounts and notifying individuals. Which has a direct impact on your earning potential. Employees are regularly undervalued based upon communications & internal structure.
