What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that the DH C-level leadership is honest and authentic. Based on how they communicate it comes across as they genuinely care and believe in our purpose.
The leadership team is very open and approachable.

The salary is pretty decent

Global mobility with a higher degree of flexibility is desired but this needs to be fixed at the country level.
Is important to do Benchmark with other companies
If I got paid more for the level of work I am doing.
Clearer path to promotion. Regular pay adjustments. 1 year cliff instead of 2 on the equity. Etc
