What's the pay like for Customer Support roles at Delta Airlines?

Most start off hired as a ready reserve, which is literally part time but delta doesn't want to call it that. A ready reserve will only get one, one year pay raise and go no further until a part time or full time spot opens. You also get ONLY one week of UNPAID vacation and a 3% contribution to a 401k. As a ready reserve you will also only get five, maybe six (I forget) holidays and you only get holiday pay if you work them. Ready reserve is the most ridiculous and un-American concept Delta has come up with. Working for Delta is great, if you're not a READY RESERVE.
