Mr. Steven M. Sear, also known as Steve, has been an Executive Vice President of Global Sales and President of International at Delta Air Lines, Inc. since February 18, 2016. Mr. Sear served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Delta Air Lines Inc. from December 22, 2011 to February 18, 2016. Mr. Sear served as the Managing Director of Reservation Services of Northwest Airlines Inc., a subsidiary of Northwest Airlines Corp. until June 2005 and served as its Vice President of Sales of Reservation Services since June 2005 until November 2008. Mr. Sear was responsible for overseeing network operations, planning and technology development for Northwest's five domestic call centers. Since joining the carrier in 1992, Mr. Sear has held a number of key managerial positions including director-sales planning and analysis, director-international and alliance sales and as the Japan-based director-revenue and distribution planning. Prior to joining Northwest, he was a Consultant for Chicago-based Buccino & Associates, Inc. Mr. Sear received an MBA degree from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree, cum laude, from DePauw University.
