What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that they ate out and about meeting with the employees on both a formal and informal way.

Paying better and work life balance. More time off

Good pay compared to other companies in India
Flight Benefits and very low cost health insurance are both very good.
Benefits along with work/life programs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better health insurance and paying employees fairly for thier job done
What are some of the best things about your team?
Flight attendants care for each other. But company doesnt seem to care
We work together as a team. You know when a coworker mat need hep, and they know when you need help

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers are all caring a d try hard for passengers
The freedom you feel in completing the task at hand. Rarely does anyone criticize you for handling a situation differently than how they handled the situation, as long as the end result of the customer walking away happy.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Delta doesnt value thier employees anymore. Ed bastion needs to be replaced. He doesn't care about employees and it shows

The collaborate way in which the interviewer handled the interview.

Not make people wait so long

Smiling at the passenger, and having them smile back.
