What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The management team does not make any real effort to lead. Instead, they abuse the people who get work done.
Company needs to focus on hiring people outside of GE. CEO needs to stop approaching people management like it's 1980. Find leaders who know how to lead people not just sell product. Majority of employees would tell you they love the company, but are burnt out.
Realizing low cost does not mean good value
People skills. Procurement leadership is the worst i have seen in my lifetime.
Need start taking care of their team, you can work here and might know your manager after a year

Salary bonus stocks comp days off
Great pension proramme and a number of key benefits including private health care.

I have full benefits but I even have insurance for my dogs now too! Overall, I'm fairly compensated for my efforts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money more benefits more extra hours

Personal team was collaborative and engaged. Collective team was a mess due to poor leadership.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are too many out of country interns on the staff that know nothing about engineering.
Improve themselves that they can do a better job
Less talking and more working, but I say that about every job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there are a lot of positive things at the office that take place, ie...gym, thinking rooms, lunch rooms, conf rooms, snacks, etc...

Find a new CEO and head of HR. They tolerate bad behavior and ignore toxic issues.
Simplify the work processes and fix the supply chain.

Have leadership that is engaged with day to day struggles and not chasing rainbows.
