Leadership sees the big picture and is open to change. Driving change from the outside in versus the top down. It's refreshing.
The management team does not make any real effort to lead. Instead, they abuse the people who get work done.
Company needs to focus on hiring people outside of GE. CEO needs to stop approaching people management like it's 1980. Find leaders who know how to lead people not just sell product. Majority of employees would tell you they love the company, but are burnt out.
Realizing low cost does not mean good value
People skills. Procurement leadership is the worst i have seen in my lifetime.
