Base pay is good - bonuses have been good lately too.
Is good, PTO are not so much, you have to work many year to have a decent amount of PTO, health insurance is good, 401K is average

I feel that we should get higher wages for the work that we do, especially given the growth that we have helped foster
Compenstation does not match work done
No promotions but they concentrare omly on new hires
Compensation should be based on company growth and employee merit. Instead, compensation is based on time spent with company. There is no reward for putting in extra effort.
Being treated fairly. With the quality of the work I do taken in to account. Not being judged off of someone else's opinion
