BAD. Once I was hired on. They treat the women in the field horrible. Belittled, and very little support. I've reached out to our HR department 2x with an issue. No response.

The people are awesome! Hard, down to earth folks.

I do not appreciate the undermining of the superior leads.

I love the job, just not the way People like me are treated

Being treated fairly. With the quality of the work I do taken in to account. Not being judged off of someone else's opinion
