What are some of the best things about your team?Pull together to get the job done.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Better pay, perks. Previously you could afford to pay less as you had things to offset the pay, now all that is gone and you are left with low pay.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? After so many years of no/poor raises and removed perks, with higher prices, what is the excuse for not bringing some of that back? Exec comp not in line with actual employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation not keeping up with industry or inflation.
