culture and environment of the company
The teamwork of all those involved in leadership positions.

The environment, being able to handle my workload with headphones in and not be micromanaged

Trying to help the target population increase the wellness
Ability to self direct. Leadership allows time for job enrichment and open to collaboration.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication, agents should not be responsible for tech support calls that is why there is an IT department. C&G needs to reach out to members with results of appeals and complaints. Unprofessional and terrible customer service for them to call and figure it out themselves.
