Compensation is good. Benefits could be better for AU employees!
I'd say it's a balance of competitive base, having equity, and access to meaningful benefits. It reflects Deputy's commitment to recognising every Deputies impact and support for our wellbeing
It is clearly presented and communicated which makes it very easy to know what expectations need to be met in order to secure the elements of the package that are performance dependent.
Wonderful parental leave policies in place.
