Compensation is good. Benefits could be better for AU employees!
I'd say it's a balance of competitive base, having equity, and access to meaningful benefits. It reflects Deputy's commitment to recognising every Deputies impact and support for our wellbeing
It is clearly presented and communicated which makes it very easy to know what expectations need to be met in order to secure the elements of the package that are performance dependent.

Getting to meet various stakeholders - from my manager and leaders in my team to the CEO and other Senior Leaders
My interview process was long, and it was also just after raising our series B funding. At the time, I assumed the nine interviews were due to my position being one with a broad range of stakeholders. While that is true, we have since built better talent acquisition processes and systems.
