I came in to this company a few hears ago excited ajd hopeful. The ceo has turned this company into one of little value. We had people here that cared about diversity & inclusion. There are no women on the leadership team. The men of color leaders dont push diversity & inclusion. Its gotten worse.

I work with some very nice people.

Some of the people are cool.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiters were great to talk to.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Diversity and inclusion. A CEO who's ego isnt as big as our office.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Truly caring about people and not faking it. Its all about lining the CEO's pockets at this point.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equitable pay, more lgbtqia employees at hq, more diversity at hq, more women in leadership positions at hq, more women of color at hq. And feeling like the CEO really cares about somwonw other than himself. A new product leader.
