No office politics and immature behavior. Everyone checks their egos and many people are courageous to speak up when they don't agree with something.

My team is actually a team. We work together to solve problems, we listen to and respect one another. Everyone carries their own weight while helping others at the same time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
With uncapped PTO I can take time off without having to feel guilty about it or worry I won't have enough paid days off when I need it. I love it so much.
