- What would you improve about your company's interview process?The interview process for full-time roles is too long: they typically do 3-4 rounds of interviews, give you a take-home exercise, and send you an online assessment. If it's a higher role, you may be asked to do a full-day simulation on site.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Products and services are very outdated and overpriced. Not all clients are renewing contracts so there's a constant pressure to upsell or get new ones.
