- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There is really no incentive to perform more or do more work. And there is also no career ladder and promotions. Under these conditions, it is in one's best interest to do just average.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think that I can provide deep technical insights, and I have experience in pre-sales and customer support which combined are worth more than the technical position I was initially hired for.
