What do you like best about the leadership team?Very straightforward feedback, minimal drama and politics. You know where you stand, and everyone's treated the same.
What are some of the best things about your team? The most talented group of people I've worked with in my 30+ years in the business, by a long shot.
What makes you most happy at work?Constantly learning new things, all of it current and super-relevant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? There is really no incentive to perform more or do more work. And there is also no career ladder and promotions. Under these conditions, it is in one's best interest to do just average.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think that I can provide deep technical insights, and I have experience in pre-sales and customer support which combined are worth more than the technical position I was initially hired for.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? As I said previously, there is really no incentive other than salary
