What is the best part about your compensation package?

401K/Roth, employee stock purchase plan and bonus.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan is great.

The insurance package they offer

It covers me and my son in every way

I havent had a chance use or benefits yet

RSUs have historically been a big component of my total comp. For engineers at or above Senior Staff you will get them. For managers you will get them. For those in mid-career levels you will not get RSUs, so be sure to push for a good base pay.

The health insurance was great. Having an EPO helped me out a lot.

Dexcom stock has been doing well and this helps immensely with the overall comp. package. So much growth has been priced in that it will be a difficult trend to continue.

to be paid a little more after being here for some time because most people hired on don't stick with it so I believe the people who do should be compensated for that!!!
