I havent had a chance use or benefits yet
RSUs have historically been a big component of my total comp. For engineers at or above Senior Staff you will get them. For managers you will get them. For those in mid-career levels you will not get RSUs, so be sure to push for a good base pay.
The health insurance was great. Having an EPO helped me out a lot.
