Dexcom especially in PH site is worst! We use to do customer service and yet people there are micromanaging us. The HR and Quality Team has taken over the role how we are going to do our job to assist customers, they want us to be a robot and follow spiels, if you did not follow u lose the job

Leadership team has no voice, they cannot even speak in behalf of representatives

We are all breadwinners so we don't have any choice but to follow

They are active with engagements although it's not enough to cover all the mental stress we are going through
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No amount can pay the stress and anxiety the new management is bringing. We just want to be human who is assisting human too
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Timeline of interviews. It would take months before they send updates, that time you have found another job or getting less hope to continue
