What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need real research, separate from product development. We need more products to develop. We need some of the founders and early employees to "retire".
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to get better at understanding what the thousands of employees are doing. Company is ridiculously large and loaded with waste considering the size/complexity of the one and only product.
