Have worked at Dexcom for almost 1 year, it's a great product and compnay. There is certainly pressure to meet milestones but no worse than I have seen in other companies and the Management are certainly more transparent and straightforward. Hopefully growth will continue apace.

The excitment for the launch of next generation product. Theis no egos in the function I am in. All voices are heard
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team have a clean vision of where we need to go. They seem to be happy to acknowledge that there is growing pains and are listening and making improvements all the time.
