Work as a team as opposed to working against each other. Very competitive environment which is rewarded by some leaders.

Good balance of caring about employees and the business. There was so much time, care and effort put into taking care of employees during Covid. Between leading the way in safety measures to going above and beyond with benefits to take care of employees, I am extremely proud of the commitment show
