- What do you like best about the leadership team?Very much hands off. They give you a task and unless you need specific guidance, they let you get to work. There is an expectation that you, as a professional, will accomplish the task without management holding your hand.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is skilled at what they do. If you don't know something, they can help point you in the right direction. They aren't there to tell you the answer, but instead, like management, we all help guide each other when we possess knowledge that others don't. It's a great team.
- What makes you most happy at work?Doing the work I love to do. Nothing weird added. I'm not suddenly a stock boy somewhere. While its fine once in a while to help, being hired for a specialized task means you love to perform those tasks. Suddenly going from developer to customer service wouldn't jive, and they don't do that here.
