Worst management ever. Got 1 month out of the 6 months of training because the person training me quit due to manager treatment. Got put on am improvement plan before even being out of training. Make that make sense. Got HR involved they did nothing of course.

The Charlotte office has a Micro-Managing, Lying, Cheating SELLING Sales Manager (Chad Edmonson). If you are in Outside Sales, you are suppose to go through an 8-9 month training period, but Chad is too worried about his numbers, so he trains you for 3 months then does not come to meetings with you
