What does the leadership team need to get better at?
EVERYTHING. My only suggestion is out with the old in with the new.
Quit lying and do what is right. Just basic decent human beings wouod be a good start.
Learn to lead by inspiration and motivate through meritocracy vs nepotism.
Keep the employees who care about the company and want to help it grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The uncapped commission along with a healthy base salary really goes the distance!
The more I sell, the more I make in commission.
PTO with holidays and dental/vision
I just love having vacation days, and I feel like they're distributed pretty fairly in comparison to other companies in the region. I have a good work/life balance and I'm satisfied overall.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Dont steal your employees money and pay them what they are owed. Simple

Fun people, smart, goal oriented
Very team oriented and helpful
I love my teammates both as coworkers and people. I work in a very small team, but my coworkers are fair, understanding, and great people to be around. Our department head is also very personable and relatable.
We communicate, we offer ideas and solutions.
We are the under Dogs but the heart of the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management controls meetings. Meetings would go better if management wasn't there.
A better job and better place to work at.
Work as a team and build each other up.
No one wants to take on additional responsibilities because everyone thinks they already have to much on their plate

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The personalities when Management is not involved.
It largely depends on what department you're in, but my immediate leadership is amazing and I think the women in this company especially are very kind and helpful.
Everyone is pretty much treated as equals. Guess you can say you're treated like you treat others; if you're friendly and easily approachable you will have an amazing experience working with this group at DH Pace/Overhead Door of KC

The majority of people hired are able to work ,communicate and interact in a functional family manor.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs a Work life balance.
Have people with integrity, honor, and that dont steal and lie. Quit cheating people out of their hard earned money.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They did take you out to lunch

Dependent on department, but personally I was able to meet all my coworkers prior to being hired, I liked knowing who I'd be working with.
Seriously? The interviewing is stressful and lengthy.

Nothing yet. Not a good work place
Too many things to mention. The relationships between the receptionist all the way up to CEO are sincere. The opportunity to be educated at work is great!

My co workers make the work environment worth the daily tresses.
My coworkers, consistent hours, hybrid work, and opportunities for growth.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is so many things wrong with the Charlotte office from Techs being able to do what they want, Management not supporting, but micro-managing and Install techs telling customers that you were not sold what you really needed. Making salesmen look bad.
Close the company. Its rotten at its core. Cant be fixed or repaired.
