Management controls meetings. Meetings would go better if management wasn't there.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

EVERYTHING. My only suggestion is out with the old in with the new.

So far the experience has been mostly positive. The industry as a whole is difficult for a woman to enter since it has historically been a male dominated one, but there are managers who are actively making this a place for women to succeed.
