Refreshing - would be a great one word description of DH Pace's Leadership. Everything starts from the top (CEO) down; in regards to the leadership engagement. Honestly is refreshing to witness and experience the family enviroment culture that exist on a daily basis.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
EVERYTHING. My only suggestion is out with the old in with the new.
Quit lying and do what is right. Just basic decent human beings wouod be a good start.
Learn to lead by inspiration and motivate through meritocracy vs nepotism.
Keep the employees who care about the company and want to help it grow.
