Better pay and benefits for sure
i feel undervalued because i was rushed through the entire training process where my trainer was never present. there was no hands on training before going on the floor and the supervisors do not respond when reaching out them about anything work or non work related. I do too much for little pay

The work environment is disgusting; managers + site directors do little to nothing to accommodate employees.
Lack of communication and respect between supervisors and employees.
