Before Covid was officially announced i came to work sick wearing a mask and was fired from the Holland MI office because of the fear of covid. I was wearing a mask and i didnt miss a day and my call quality scores were excellent. There was no reason for the seperation from employment

the training needs to be improved and they need to update each employee about health insurance coverage

Inconsistent, training is not sufficient and not enough pay for the amount of work you have to do.

Coworkers is what really makes the job.

i feel undervalued because i was rushed through the entire training process where my trainer was never present. there was no hands on training before going on the floor and the supervisors do not respond when reaching out them about anything work or non work related. I do too much for little pay

when supervisors and trainers are not responding with an answer to a question, coworkers are helping each other and giving the answer.

We work fast and at a steady pace.
