Before Covid was officially announced i came to work sick wearing a mask and was fired from the Holland MI office because of the fear of covid. I was wearing a mask and i didnt miss a day and my call quality scores were excellent. There was no reason for the seperation from employment
the training needs to be improved and they need to update each employee about health insurance coverage
Inconsistent, training is not sufficient and not enough pay for the amount of work you have to do.
