there is no leadership. lazy supervisor.
My manager practices blatant favoritism. If you dare to complain about injustices within the company or theft from other employees, you are told that you have a personal issue. You then lose valuable shifts and get short-shifted on the next schedules. Any complaints are always met with punishment.

Better value health benefits and bonus
Rise to level of experience an accountability
Get rid of hourly vs. commission. It wouldn't cost the company much more to offer hourly plus commission, and the motivation to do better the company would be much higher. In the long run, the company would make more money.

We put in a lot of hours learning and physically working on the facilities. Much more demanding job than most higher paid positions.
Like positions in the open market make better pay. I would like a fair chance to advance and see monetary rewards for quality work
Regular Team meetings would help a lot
replace the management in housekeeping. she is not a team player. negative attitude. she comes in after 4pm, for what reason i am not sure. i feel she should be there at the start of the shift to make sure we have all the supplies to make our jobs more efficient.
Putting some focus on the way we treat our internal customers/team members. Community engagement
The initial contact with recruiters was good but the manager cancelled on me 5 times and I felt generally rushed through the interview
Members are straight up lied to on the sales floor and promised things that are not possible. The sales reps do not know the actual rules of each various members including the members gained in acquisitions. In my opinion, its done on purpose to highlight the positives but most make up the resr
management. it starts at the top. we are told to do our job the diamond way and i still have no idea what way that is. management doesnt even know.
Management is awful. They cater to the liars, theifs, and cheaters because they are perceived to make the company more money. The managers are to ignorant to see that the environment created by an unethical employee costs the company far more that the perceived gain. Management is costing millions.
