Digital Air Strike offers benefits first of the month following hire date. Medical, dental and vision insurance coverage for full time employees and their dependents. We have options for an HMO and 2 PPO's. Company paid benefits to include long term, short disability, paid paternity leave, Life Insurance and AD&D. Additional perks to include tuition reimbursement for any future education plans. And Student Loan Assistance to help with any past education that the company is benefited by. Every employee at Digital Air Strike also receives stock options. Company provides 10 holidays per calendar year, employees accrue 10 vacation days and 5 sick days prorated based on the start date. Very rigid. There are regular announcements in meetings that people aren't working hard enough and work time is being wasted.
What should I wear for an interview at Digital Air Strike?
The dress code here is very flexible, but you should still look nice. If you're interviewing for anything other than management i would suggest guys not wear a suit, as it comes across as not fitting the vibe. Slacks and dress shirt can be good. Tie optional.
