What are some of the best things about your team?
Sense of humor! Let's face it, the daily grind can get to everyone sometime, but my team has such a great sense of humor that we don't let anybody get down about anything.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Peer to peer engagement is on point
openness to change. the culture honors people.
The company is built on a fun, transparent culture with a no jerks policy. Everyone is friendly and it's a real Silicon Valley start-up feel
So many fun events and way to get involved.
Our culture is based on recognizing the employees that are really contributing in alignment with our core values. We do monthly, quarterly and annual awards and it is all based on peer to peer recognition or published performance metrics.
